When you use our mobile application (“App”) or any of our services ("Services") we appreciate that you are entrusting us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. This privacy notice seeks to explain in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it. 2. What Information do we Collect?

Put simply, we collect personal information that you disclose to us. We securely keep the personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on and/or use the App, access any of our Services and when you participate in activities on the App (such as posting messages in online forums or entering competitions, contests or giveaways) or otherwise when you contact us.

2.1 Personal Information (or Personally Identifiable Information).

The information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with the App, the choices you make and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:

· Personal Information: this is information provided by you, i.e., names; phone number; email address; username; password; contact or authentication data; IP address and other similar information.

· Social Media Login Data: we may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, such as Facebook, Twitter, Google or other social media options you may have. If you choose to register this way, we will collect the information described in the "HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS"  section below. In addition, we may provide you fields within the APP where you can share your social media account details.

· Activity Level Data: We may collect your activity level data, such as the number of photos you post on circle and the number of contacts you have - all of which information we view without connection to your personal information. The purpose of our collecting this type of data is purely for our own statistics in following user trends.

· Reports by other Users: If you are reported by a fellow user for misconduct on our platform, we will collect and review the data sent to us by the user and may temporarily or permanently disable your account subject to our discretion.

All other types of activity information is viewable by us only should you choose to share it. All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate. Notify us of any changes to such personal information.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information.

This refers to information automatically captured by our systems when you use our App and/or Services, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the App. This information is distinct from your personally identifiable information in that it does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about who and when you use our App and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our App, and for our internal analytics purposes.

Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies.

Automatically collected information includes:

· Log and Usage Data: Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic usage and performance information our servers automatically collect and record in log files when you access or use our App. Depending on how you interact with us, this log data may include your IP address, device information, browser type and settings and information about your activity in the App (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches and other actions you take such as the features you use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called 'crash dumps') and hardware settings).

· Device Data: We collect device data such as information about your computer, phone, tablet or other device you use to access the App. Depending on the device used, this device data may include information such as your IP address (or proxy server), device application identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, operating system configuration information.

· Location Data: We collect data such as your device's location, which can be either precise or imprecise. How much of that information we collect depends on the type of settings of the device you use to access the App. For example, we may use GPS and other technologies to collect geo-location data that tells us your current location (based on your IP address). You can opt out of allowing us to collect this information either by refusing access to the information or by disabling your Locations settings on your device. Note however, if you choose to opt out, you may not be able to use certain aspects of the Services.

2.3.Information Collected Through our App

This is information which includes your geo-location, mobile device and push notifications, when you use our App. The specific data collected is as follows:

· Geo-Location Information. We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our App, to provide certain location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.

· Mobile Device Access: We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's calendar, camera, contacts, microphone, storage, and other features. You have full control over the details we access. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.

· Mobile Device Data: We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer), operating system, version and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model, Internet service provider (ISP) and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). If you are using our App, we may also collect information about the phone network associated with your mobile device, your mobile device's operating system or platform, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID and information about the features of our App you accessed.

· Push Notifications: We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the App. You are in full control of these notifications. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.

The information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our App, for troubleshooting and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

3.How Do We Use Your Data and Information?

We use your information to improve your safety and user experience on our platform. To do this, we track usage habits as trends. This allows us to identify the popular features as well as features that need improvement, giving us a measure of our performance as a platform.
